• The campaign free offer is applicable to all applicants who successfully apply during the campaign period from 01^st to 31^st March 2026.
• The free coverage period is 30 days (from 01^st April 2026 – 30^th April 2026).
• The campaign is applicable for the new customers only.

• The successful applicant will receive the Telegram confirmation in Khmer language of the free coverage with customer reference number.
• AIA reserves the right to decline claim if information provided by customer/beneficiary is found to be untrue and incorrect.
• AIA reserves the right to change any of the campaign’s terms & conditions or discontinue the offer at our discretion without prior notice.
• In the case of full benefit of campaign is paid to the claimant, the eligible policy will be automatically terminated.
• Other terms and conditions of campaign coverage are followed AIA standard policy contract document and definition.

• In case of claim, customer is required to contact AIA Client Care at (+855) 86 999 242 or submit information requirement to AIA by email at kh.claim@aia.com or via AIA Cambodia Telegram Channel.
• Applicant is required to provide below mandatory information to AIA to get claim:
  • National ID/Passport/Birth Certificate
  • Customer reference number (from Telegram/SMS Confirmation from AIA)
  • Registered phone number
  • Doctor or hospital certificate of the coverage benefit.
  • For the death claim, beneficiary needs to provide the proof of relations documents
  • Bank account information of insured (USD currency)
  • The company reserves the right to request other reports/documents if any necessary.

Note: claim is applicable up to 60 days standard claim period of the occurrence of any event which may give rise to a claim under this Policy. If the claimant fails to give notice within this period, we will not invalidate any claim if it is shown to have been not reasonably possible to give such notice and the notice was given as soon as was reasonably possible.
