Important Notice

  1. Unlimited number of service usage throughout the duration of membership.
  2. If other services than granted privileges are applied, the service user shall be responsible for the extra cost incurred.
  3. Our Personal Medical Support service is available for our AIA Prestige Club members. Your club membership must be effective as of the date of this Personal Medical Support service enrollment. Eligibility for service is subject to evaluation by AIA Cambodia and Teladoc Health and services provided are subject to the terms and conditions of both AIA and Teladoc Health.
  4. The terms and conditions discussed in the health consultation and the approval to implement such services thereof are subject to the discretion of Teladoc Health. Teladoc Health is an independent third-party company. AIA is not affiliated with Teladoc Health in terms of shareholding, management, nor any involvement in the business operations of Teladoc Health. Any solicitation efforts made by Teladoc Health to sell their services or products are not the selling or marketing activities of AIA and, hence, AIA shall not be responsible or liable for any such services.
  5. Additional charges might be incurred for some particular services stated by Teladoc Health. Customer is responsible to review the terms and conditions before deciding on the course of treatment suggested to him or her.

  7. This privilege cannot be transferred to other beside the eligible member of AIA Prestige Club. This privilege is subject to the terms and conditions of AIA Prestige Club.
  8. Any privileges offered by AIA Prestige Club, and/or the partner(s) and/or service provider(s) of the relevant privileges may be changed, suspended and/or terminated by AIA without prior notice. In the event of any disputes, AIA's decision shall be final and conclusive.
  9. AIA reserves the right to change or discontinue AIA Prestige Club at our sole discretion with or without prior notice.
  10. In the event of inconsistencies between the English and Khmer Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
