AIA ជើងឯកនារីកម្ពុជា (direct translated as AIA Cambodian Women Champions) is a vibrant football initiative exclusively for our female clients. This program is designed to empower women through sport, build community, and offer a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to represent Cambodia at the AIA Championship in London.

This initiative offers female AIA policyholders a chance to train with professional coaches, build lifelong friendships, and potentially represent Cambodia in the AIA Championship in London.

- Open for 50 spots only – first comes, first served.

- Trained with coaches from ISI DSC FC
- Oct to Nov 2025
Selection Day
- Select the most potential 7 players by Spurs coach
- 15 Nov 2025
6-month Trainings
- Trained with coaches from ISI DSC FC
- Nov 2025 to Apr 2026
AIA Championship
- London Trip to join the tournament
- May 2026
Eligibility
- Gender & Age: Women, 18 years old and above
- Must be an AIA customers, holding active AIA policy (individual or group member)
- Able to join trainings & activities in Phnom Penh
- Experience Level: Open to all levels (beginner to advanced)
- Exclusion: No semi-professional or professional players from the last 5 years
- Commitment: Attend at least 80% of training sessions
