Phnom Penh, December 8 2020 – AIA (Cambodia) Life Insurance Plc (“AIA Cambodia”) offers an additional USD500 of hospitalization benefits for policy holders tested positive of COVID-19, and USD5,000 in death benefits for loss of life due to the virus. The additional amounts are added on top of existing coverage and benefits for all active individual and group policies. The offer is effective from December 7, 2020 to March 31, 2021.

“AIA Cambodia is committed to fighting COVID-19 alongside all Cambodians and the government and will look to provide as much support as possible.”
This is the second time AIA Cambodia has provided their policyholders additional Covid benefits, with the first offer made in March. This gesture of goodwill is to help reduce the struggles people faced during the pandemic and provide financial protection for them to fall back on in times of need.
